More German miles

Took a different, hillier route today in Germany. All was going well, great run till about 3.75, I felt a twinge in my calf. Had to stop before 4 miles....hoping this is not a reoccurrence of my calf issues.

Running in Deutschland

Just like home, tough hills. Good run, just kinda ran around and found my way without getting hit. Genius didn't bring anything but black clothes to wear running at night. Yikes

Long Runs Getting Easier

The longs runs are getting easier and easier which I like. I think the movies are helping. No calf or knee issues. Soon I need to start doing some speed workouts.
