Morning running actually feels good, I thought I woudl hate it. I have just been putting in movies (Blade) and going at it. I am a little sweaty when getting out of the shower if I am in a hurry though.
Legs are....ok

3 Easy Miles - 31:00 - 10:33 Pace
Easy run on my new treadmill today while watching the opening fight scene from Blade. Legs felt ok, calves we tight as always. I was conscious of my ankle rolling in before push-off though....hopefully that will make a difference.
Doc has not approved me running until I get my new orthopedics...but that's 3 weeks away, so I am going to start with some easy runs and see how I feel.
