More Miles

2 Miles Easy - 17:12 - 8:36 Pace

My legs were sore today from the get go, not sure what from, all the biking????? Other than that, I still struggle with breathing, part of that might be, as I discovered, I have been putting the treadmill on an 8 min/mile pace the last half of my runs, which is my pre-injury easy training speed, need to kick that back a little and relax more on these runs.

Little Sore

Little sore today, didn't have any major pain, just a little tenderness. Oh, and reassuring myself I am not a morning workout person, felt awful today, lifting, running and biking....all of it.

Feeling OK

Felt ok today, my knee is hurting a little, actually both are, and my hip. Still cannot tell if I am just having getting back into running pains, or if my knee is still bad...keep on running

Felt really good today during my run, no pain, the belt was moving easily under my feet...that feeling is why I love running.
