Long Run

Morning running, felt so so. Calves were brutally tight but felt ok while running. Shoulders were killing from P90X the night before and I hadn't eaten anything. But I made it through.

Outdoor Run

First outide run in months, 4 or 5 actually and my body was not ready...yikes. Lungs were struggling, legs were struggling on the hills. All in all good, but I have a lot of work to do.

Also noticed that I was running on the outside of my feet in the beginning which is exactly what my new inserts are designed to prevent. I am thinking I picked up that nasty habit after hurting my knee to keep the presure off of it. It was easy to correct but I had to concetrate on it or I resorted back to the old bad was that puts all the stress on my calves. Hopefully I can relearn how to run properly.

Little faster this morning, felt good though. I think these new inserts are really helping, my claves feel much less taxed than usual.
