Longing

10 easy miles - 93:15 - 9:22 pace

Cakewalk run today, good pace, good movie. Little pain in my knee, but on the outside, different pain, probably left over from those hills in Cali.

First tempo run in forever. Felt good to get it on again. Didn't get the full three miles in I wanted, but I was feeling it which is all that matters.

Short Sore Run

slow run today, knees were a little sore from the long run on Tuesday and all that hilly running in Cali. Run tomorrow and maybe give them a days rest.

Running through this ranch was difficult, so hilly. The downhills killed me knee, so I did a lot of walking downhill but ran back uphill. Good speed workouts though.

Felt ok, calves were tiiiiight to start thought I wasn't going to make it all the way. Got better but not great, knees were a little site as well, but not in the end of running way

First long run in a bit

10 easy miles - 97:20 - 9:45 pace

First time I ran over 5 miles in a few weeks. Felt great, no pain anywhere. I think running ever day for a few days did my body some good
