Thought I hurt my calf this morning walking down the stairs. Turns out it was ok but I did strain a muscle in my hip while sprinting so I had to stop. Should be fine for to Orrin's long run

It was stinking cold out today. I was considering running my intervals at the track Satruday but wow, not sure if that's a good idea. Regardless, it did feel good to be back on the pavement. At about 2.5 miles I was convinced I was gonna stop at 3 miles, the hills were killing my quads and the air was killing my lungs. Then I got my second wind and the last mile was actually my fastest and it finally started feeling good to run again.....Look out Jig!
