Daaaaamn! I was feeling so good to, and then my calf went. It was a different spot in the calf this time though. Time to go get it checked out, and rely on P90X for a while. Suck a drag

Long Run Monday

8 Easy Miles - 1:16:00 - 9:30 Pace

Great run today, Two and a half men helped. Legs were good again, lungs were still a little chunky from being sick, but not bad. Try running intervals Friday.

Oh, and this is my first mobile blog ever, using my new iPhone. Seems to work really well.

Conquering the Outdoors

4 Easy Miles - 32:37 - 8:09 Pace

Went for it today, but kept a leash on myself. Just wanted to do 4 miles and get through an outside run without hurting myself. I again ran too fast, but it always feels good. Did a P90X workout for the first time also, right after running, I'm spent.

I also just joined a team for the White Pine Trail 200 Relay run. THink I'm on the Ladies of Nauta team. SHould be fun.

Feeling Better

7 Easy Miles - 1:06:00 - 9:25 Pace

Felt a lot better today, calf was much less....odd feeling. I wore the new pair of shoes with the inserts in hopes of having a little more cushion for my knee, and I think it helped. Not sure what was up with that run outside. I need to figure it out though, becasue, as we all know...races are outside.

Still a strange feeling in my calf

Few more miles on my gimpy calf today, but it didn't feel too bad. I was still running a little strangly, so it felt a little odd. I'll take a few more days off and see how it feels Monday.

Somethings not Right

3.5 Not so Easy Miles - 34:30 - 9:49 Pace

Something is surely not right with my calf. It's not as bad as it has been in the past, running at all would have been impossible, but it feels like it could go at any time. I took it really easy today, and all that effort I put in to not straining my calf wore out my thighs and my left calf, cause I was beat after only a short run. I'll give it another show Wednesday and see how it feels.
