Conquering the Outdoors
4 Easy Miles - 32:37 - 8:09 Pace
Went for it today, but kept a leash on myself. Just wanted to do 4 miles and get through an outside run without hurting myself. I again ran too fast, but it always feels good. Did a P90X workout for the first time also, right after running, I'm spent.
I also just joined a team for the White Pine Trail 200 Relay run. THink I'm on the Ladies of Nauta team. SHould be fun.
