Today was supposed to be a long run but between my IT band which is still acting up a little and my glut it wasn't happening. Think I'll take the rest of the week off and rest my legs for the race.

It band felt good today after Tuesdays pain, only pain today was the cold weather. It did feel good to be outside though. My calves felt especially loose today, not sure what that was all about but I liked it. I think I'll be ready...well at least capable of running the Jig.
