Better, but not Great

4 Easy Miles - 33:47 - 8:27 Pace

Felt better today, my legs were the only thing hurting this time. And my calves were acting up starting at about 1.25 Miles. I started running a little differently to see if it helped, and it did, but still were feeling weird.

Really need to suck it up and go get therapy......I hate running in fear!

What can I say, I hope I am just still feeling the P90X. It was a rough run right from the start, my whole body was sore.

P90X before running.....is very bad

4 Easy Miles - 34:14 - 8:33 Pace

Yikes, did P90X Chest and Back before running because I was waiting for the rain to stop....bad call. My upper body was swollen, sore and tight, which made the whole run bad. My legs we also sore from some of the positions you get in during P90X. First time in a while I haven't enjoyed a run. On the bright side, no injuries and I did run at a decent pace.

Running in the Far East

3.31 Easy Miles - 31:32 - 9:31 Pace

Went for a little jog with Mark and Matt in Lagunna Philippines. It was....hot. But a good run, the more laps we did, the more people were out staring at the big white guys running around. Body felt fine though, actually wanted to run a few more laps, but didn't want to do it along in that neighborhood...lol
