Better, but not Great
4 Easy Miles - 33:47 - 8:27 Pace
Felt better today, my legs were the only thing hurting this time. And my calves were acting up starting at about 1.25 Miles. I started running a little differently to see if it helped, and it did, but still were feeling weird.
Really need to suck it up and go get therapy......I hate running in fear!
