P90X before running.....is very bad

4 Easy Miles - 34:14 - 8:33 Pace

Yikes, did P90X Chest and Back before running because I was waiting for the rain to stop....bad call. My upper body was swollen, sore and tight, which made the whole run bad. My legs we also sore from some of the positions you get in during P90X. First time in a while I haven't enjoyed a run. On the bright side, no injuries and I did run at a decent pace.
