Outdoor Run

3.25 Easy miles - 28:31 - 8:46 Pace
0.25 Walking miles
0.50 Easy Miles - 4:12 - 8:24 Pace

First outide run in months, 4 or 5 actually and my body was not ready...yikes. Lungs were struggling, legs were struggling on the hills. All in all good, but I have a lot of work to do.

Also noticed that I was running on the outside of my feet in the beginning which is exactly what my new inserts are designed to prevent. I am thinking I picked up that nasty habit after hurting my knee to keep the presure off of it. It was easy to correct but I had to concetrate on it or I resorted back to the old bad was that puts all the stress on my calves. Hopefully I can relearn how to run properly.
