Swimmin Away

Abs Class - 15 Minutes
Swimming - 20 Minutes

Swam 10 Minutes without using my legs, 5 minutes with using them but not bending them, which is not easy, and 5 more minutes without......getting a great shoulder workout, and a little cardio.

Wednesday Kinda Swim

Abs Class - 15 Minutes
Swimming - 20 Minutes

With my knee still hurting, I have decided to give up biking and still to swimming, yoga and abs classes. With swimming today, I also decided to use a floaty between my legs and not to kick to prevent any other sort of motion that might hurt my knee.......did quite work up the same sweat as I do when I kick....but it's all of the greater cause. The good news is my arms and shoulders got a great workout.

Morning Workout

Upright Bike - 30 Minutes

Wow, 5 am comes early. Decided to go in before work to do abs class and bike so I could check the Riverbank run expo out after work. Man that was early. Knee felt good though.

Upright Biking - 40 Minutes

Another moderate pace bike today........wow I really miss running. I am feeling good on the bike, it's just not the same. My knee is a little sore again too, this is starting to make me nervous.

Got a good sweat going on today. Kept a pretty fast pace for 60 minutes, didn't feel anything in my knee, got some good reading in too.
