Day Two

2 Easy Miles - 19:30 - 9:45 Pace

No socks yet, but still felt good. Did the stair stepper before again to warm up, didn't do abs first this time.....really just jumped on the treadmill right away to talk with Gina. Then, when I got ready to move, I was concentrating so hard on no hurting my self and feeling for every little twinge and pain...that I barely chatted with her...lol.

Anywho, felt ok, still just two miles, I am slow, I don't have much cardio endurance. it will come back, just feels good to run again.
