A Little Sore
3 Easy Miles - 28:45 - 9:35 Pace
Legs were a little sore today, knee had a slight pain, but all in all good. I think the socks are doing wonders, even with just keeping my calves warm and loose. I am trying to figure out how and when to fit plyometrics/P90X Plyo into my routine, maybe start with Satrudays so I have resting periods after, and go from there.
