Ok, I'm back
2 Easy Miles - 20:00 - 10:00 Pace
Got back to it today, with a few modificaitons. I hit the stair stepper before running to loosen up my legs a little, also did abs and weights first, just to get the blood flowing. Waiting on my compression socks.....yeah, I am looking for any little advantage to keep me on my feet.
It was painful today, which I expected. Between the lack of running for 5 weeks, 10 lbs of holiday weight, and 10 lbs of lifting weight, it just didn't feel the same putting one foot in front of the other...but it did feel good to be moving.
See how I feel tomorrow, and how Wed goes.
