4 easy miles - 34:14 - 8:33 pace
Felt great to be running outside. Cold air was a little brutal on the lungs and the hills were brutal on the quads. I'm gonna miss it this winter

10 Easy Miles - 1:35:25 - 9:33 pace
Easy run today, felt really good, other than when I fell off the treadmill when a scary dude jumped out a Will Smith in I am Legend. I think 10 Miles is going to be my long run cap.

5 easy miles - 43:42 - 8:45 pace
0.25 miles walking
0.5 tempo miles - 3:44 - 7:26 pace
Got to 3 miles and said 6 miles, no sweat. Well, it was a lot of sweat, I always forget about those hills on the back nine....and that I had hosted a wine part last night. So 5 was all I had, and then another quick half mile after walking a bit. Good day though.

3 easy miles - 30:00 - 10:00 pace
Didn't feel good at all today. Knee was sore, calves were iffy. Cut it short to not press it. I'll take off till Saturday

11 easy miles - 1:43:10 - 9:23 Pace
Easy run today while watching Transformers 3, hardly felt like work....well, until mile 8, then it got tough. Right at mile 10 though I felt the pain in my knee, it was the same pain that kept me out of running for a while. While 22 miles appeared to be my old max milage, 10-12 may be my new biomechanical limit unfortunatly.
