Miles, hills and hangovers
5 easy miles - 43:42 - 8:45 pace
0.25 miles walking
0.5 tempo miles - 3:44 - 7:26 pace
Got to 3 miles and said 6 miles, no sweat. Well, it was a lot of sweat, I always forget about those hills on the back nine....and that I had hosted a wine part last night. So 5 was all I had, and then another quick half mile after walking a bit. Good day though.
