3.51 Miles - 28:12 - 8:08
Well, I am done running for a little bit, maybe a lot of bit......my knee is done. The little pain that has been bugging me turned into a big pain. I took a corner, and had to stop and start walking. After about 15 minutes of walking, that became difficult and I had to stop walking for a minute. This went on for about 45 minutes, walking and stopping. After that, I was able to walk without too much pain.
It's feels like there is a point where I bend my knee that I hit a bruise, and it almost drops me. But while walking, it was just a constant pain, and I felt pressure in my knee. it felt really loose......I'm a little nervous. I am leaving for Nebraska tomorrow, back for PT on Friday, and hopefully the doc on Monday to get this taken care of.

7.35 Miles - 59:41 - 8:07 Pace
It was nice when I walked out the door today, but by the time I got to where I start running, the wind had become vicious. I started the first mile, which is uphill, in the face of a violent wind, that came and went through the first 3 miles. Once I got to Mile 4, where the wind would have been with me, it died down, and didn't help much from there on out. So it was like doing hills..both ways.
Then about mile 6, it started to rain a bit, not too bad, but it was here I realized I had miscalculated my route, and was about 3/4 of a mile farther than the 7 I needed. I didn't want to run more with the way my knee was acting up, so I started walking after 7.
At some point, it started to really down pour, I could barely stand up straight with the rain hitting me as hard as it was coming, and it was oh so cold. So I started running again, just to get home and out of it.
So the low down, hammy was ok, knee was so so......and I am really wet.

Great workout today, tough, but great. Felt sluggish running to the track, but once I took off at Interval pace, I felt great. The first Interval I hit my goal of 6:25 exactly, then next one, I was a little slow. But I the third one I pushed it and beat my goal by 8 seconds.
Then on the run home I was running at a really fast pace and did not realize it. Getting poured on for the last mile and a half didn't bother me at all. I didn't notice my hammy or my knee the whole time. We will see how I feel tomorrow though.

8 Miles - 1:03:42 - 7:57 Pace
Ran outside today, it was great. The weather was perfect, the sidewalks were not too damp, my hammy felt great, even with the hills. My knee is still giving me issues, I actually felt it a little this time while running, which is different.
I was able to run at a good pace though, I still believe that the treadmills at the gym are a little faster then they say they are, because the two times I have run outside this year, I was much faster than in the gym......who knows

19 Miles - 2:33:15 - 8:10 Pace
Long run today, man it hurt. I felt great till about 14 miles, then the hammy kicked in, the joints started to hurt, and my breathing got difficult. I did run farther than I ever have on a treadmill, so that was good, I am hoping next week is warm enough to run outside, and maybe I can push it a little more.
