0.50 Interval Miles - 4:00 - 8:00 Pace
0.25 Easy Miles - 2:30 - 10:00 Pace
0.50 Interval Miles - 4:00 - 8:00 Pace
0.25 Easy Miles - 2:30 - 10:00 Pace

Decided to start working on my speed today, Intervals it was. Tough to gauge how fast I was really going, I think most of the treadmills are different speeds..so who knows. I felt it though, so that is all that matters.
