Water Running
Water Running - 30 Minutes
Now this isn't too bad. My physical therapist Erin has been talking to me about water running, so I did a little research on it. It sounds like you can keep up to 80% of you running capacity by doing this, and it is 0 impact on your knees. Well, I did it for 30 minutes today, I liked it. It was a good workout, I was sweating, I got in all the normal motion of running, and I could feel it in my legs when I was done. I'm going to see where this leads me.....next up, swimming.

Strained hamstring, so looks like I'll be taking to the "water running" too.
Sorry to hear that coach, hopefully you will be back on the road/track soon.
