Late Night Running

1 Mile - 9:00 - 9:00 Pace

Ok, not that late, it was about 7:45 when I got on the treadmill. I took a trip to Indiana today to see a customer, and got back later than expected. Again, felt good, little soreness everywhere, but no issues......maybe a three mile day next week....we shall see.
