Not my best Tempo run, but this one was a little different than any run I have done before. I guess to start with it was 85 degrees, and the first half of this route climbs the whole way, but on top of that, there are (4) 6 minute Tempo runs to start with, not a big deal, but that is followed by a lot of Easy running, which burns me out after the Tempo runs, so I was shot. I took a lot of walk breaks in here. Even though I didn't get done what I wanted too, it was still a great workout.

Oh, and my foot felt great till about mile 13 I think. Not sure if there is something that changes in my running form when I am really tired that caused the pain or what.
