Running in San Fran....on the Treadmill

4 Miles Easy - 37:00 - 9:15 Pace

In San Fran today, and ran another 4 miles, after I lifted...at the gym my aunt goes to. So my big, "first time running outside in months" day hasn't happened yet...and it might not out here.....but I felt good.
