1st Run of the Year

4 Miles - 33:03 - 8:16 Pace

Wasn't planning on running today, but I felt good, and wanted to get a few in on the first day of the year. Was a little sore at the start, but felt good once I got into it. My shoulders were tired because today was a lifting day, and that's what I worked out with.

Good for you! I got a similar workout in to start the year off as well.
